Home Appointments
At Lowrance Signature Homes, we offer on-site appointments to ensure that your custom home build goes smoothly and your vision is realized. During these appointments, we can discuss all aspects of your build, and make sure that everything is on track. Please note that we do have some scheduled walk-through appointments during normal business hours that you will need to attend, including electrical walk-through to select your lighting and electrical locations, trim walk-through to discuss finishing details, and a final walk-through where we'll complete a final inspection before closing.
At Lowrance Signature Homes, we offer a personalized experience for our clients. During the building process there will be several onsite meetings. We will meet with the cabinet maker to discuss your cabinets and all the details you want to include. Our cabinets are all custom built, so you get to select every detail. We will also do an electrical walk-through, where we discuss lighting and your electrical needs. Again, our houses are truly custom, so you get to select every detail down to where you want electrical outlets places. During the trim phase we meet the trim carpenter to discuss closet layouts and any addition custom details you would like to add like crown molding, beams, shiplap, accent walls, window, and door accents, etc. Lastly, once the house is complete, we will do a final walk through to ensure every detail in the house meets our high standards and you’re liking.
